What is a ghostwriter?
Strictly speaking, a ghostwriter is a person who writes for and gives credit of authorship to a client. However, the ghostwriter-client relationship goes far beyond this definition. Ghostwriters turn your ideas, your vision, your story into a manuscript ready for publication. Ghostwriters use industry knowledge and experience to partner with you through every stage of the creative process, all while ensuring you retain complete creative control. Ghostwriters capture your unique voice so the project is 100% you. After all, you are the face and author of the end product.
How does the ghostwriting process work?
The process begins with a meeting, in person or remotely, to discuss the project. At this time, we’ll discuss topics such as intended audience, goals, publication venue, time frame, communication expectations, contract and rates.
Why ghostwriting? Why not focus exclusively on your writing?
What began much by accident evolved into the sheer pleasure of combining my love of writing with the joy of helping others reach their publication goals. I have fifteen years of writing experience under some of the most knowledgeable and well-respected mentors in the industry. Together, let’s make your dream happen.
What kind of projects do you specialize in?
I specialize but am not exclusive to the following genres: Romance, Mainstream, Literary, Thriller/Suspense and Sci-fi/Fantasy. Word counts range from short short to epic novels. All or partial ghostwriting available.
Ghostwriting rates are calculated based upon estimated hours to completion at $60/hour.
