What was the first book you read about time travel?
The Time Machine -- okay, some I'm old. And actually, my mom read a chapter every night as a bedtime story. Now, that is a cool memory.
I guess mine would be "A Wrinkle in Time" by Madeline L'Engel. While I was hunting around for children's books, I realized there aren't too many. Hmmm...that gives me an idea.
A Wrinkle in Time was my first time travel, too :). Although, when I became a teacher, I loved reading the kids anything by Jon Scieszka (they really enjoyed The Time Warp Trio), and my son loves The Magic Tree House series.
Cool, thank you for sharing. I'm with Marilyn, A Wrinkle in Time is my first memory of 'otherly travel'.
